EMPLOYEES’ QUALIFICATION

Employees’ qualification depends on customers’ demands. To start from the very beginning, our cooperation develops in the following way: at our customer’s demand for qualified personnel, we go through our personnel database that includes about 6,500 names at present. We select the suitable personnel that the customer asks for according to such requirements. We are able to provide well-qualified labour in the fields of electro-assembly, engineering industry, metal welding, warehouse staff and logistics, but also vacancies in PC work, at input and output controls and other qualification positions. After we find suitable applicants in recruitment, we contact your representative to fix the start date. On the start day, we drive all the applicants to the training after which they are assigned to the place of work at your production lines. Such employees are successively trained for more positions so that they are flexible to be employed in case of a blackout of a particular position.

Our assigned coordinator supervises the number and positions of the assigned employees together with your production team leader, he solves problems arising in the workplace and represents an intermediary between our company and the personnel department of your company. This way, we aim to eliminate your care for the employees assigned by our company.

The coordinator is sent to your company in case of more than 20 assigned workers.

COMPLYING WITH THE LABOUR CODE

We offer permanent and temporary employment in all the domains in which we ensure production. The permanent employment is a labour-law relation concluded for a limited period of time or an unlimited period of time and based on mutual interest. Also, the employment stems from a concluded contract between the customer and the contractor, it means our company.

Our employees’ working hours depend on the requirements of our partner company, the customer, and result from the quality and customer’s need to replace his primary employees. The monthly number of worked hours is flexible and depends on the above mentioned customer’s needs. For work at night time and in risky workplaces, the employees are paid bonuses.

PRICE AND INVOICING CONTENT OF THE PRICE

The calculation content of the price depends on our employees’ worked hours, so it is an hourly rate. The amount of the hourly rate stems from professional recruitment and training new staff and also other expenses consisting of transfer of employees to the place of work, price for accommodation, driving the employees to the their workplace. This price also includes amounts paid to social funds and health insurance, accommodation of our employees, but also our company’s mark-up. This one accounts for about 5% of the charged price at present.

CONTRACTUAL TERMS

The contract between the customer an our company is classified as Contract of temporary assignment of employees. It includes the relations between the two subjects, particular done work, it characterizes the place of work, price, invoice maturity, manner and time of providing invoicing documentation, contractor’s duties and also includes company’s guidelines of the customer. It also includes sanctions if the contract for work is breached by either of the parties..

Recruitment and choice of employees. Manner of treating the employees.

The goal of the recruitment is to obtain workers convenient from the point of view of their qualification and professionalism in a needed period of time for a particular workplace, a particular economic organization. The choice of employees is one of employer’s most essential decisions as well as it is important to every person to make a decision about the employment that he will maintain for a long-term period. Therefore, to choose workers consists in assessing qualification and personal conditions of particular employees and comparing them to the demands of work they are supposed to do. Among the basic methods of choosing workers that our* * company applies, we mention personnel anamnesis (curriculum vitae, questionnaire and assessment dialogue – interview). Before being assigned to a workplace, the employee learns about company’s guidelines and is trained as far as the Safety and Health Protection at Work and Environment Protection is concerned. After the employee is assigned to a suitable workplace, he is managed by our coordinator who deals with employee’s assignment at the workplace having met the customer or, pertinently, customer’s representative. The coordinator also manages employee’s further professional growth and qualification that is needed for good-quality work. Thus, our company’s coordinator manages prompt communication between customer’s representative and our company. He also deals with problems concerning lack of good-quality from our party, fluctuation rate, or necessary change of personnel. The speed of changing necessary personnel depends on the distance of customer’s plant from our company’s headquarters. We are willing to guarantee a change of an employee within 48 hours.

The employees that provide high-quality work for the customer and are in important work positions such as input and output control and other operations important to the customer are paid individual rates or bonuses. Every employee is motivated both financially and better social life. Following customer’s demands, we are able to accept the system of norm-hours.

Administration connected to employment and employee services.

Our employees are registered with the Employment Office and with social and health offices. We maintain everyday contact and good relations with these offices. First, we ensure accommodation for our employees in the place of their work, pertinently, we ensure their transport to work if they are accommodated out of the reach of the workplace. We pay advance to both new and old employees according to their needs. The pay-day is within a fixed period, it means always within 20 – 30 days of the end of the worked month. In case we are the last employer of the year, we provide not only our present employees with counting the income tax but also our former employees that worked for us in the past years.
